These terms describe the permitted use of the public website at pophealth.ai, operated under the name POP Health Technologies (POP). Questions about this website can be sent to contact@pophealth.ai.
Using this website
This website explains POP, presents illustrative experiences, and provides a waitlist, a prototype-feedback survey, and a study-code request form. These terms concern the public website. Access to the POP application, a hospital deployment, or a study may involve additional notices, eligibility requirements, agreements, and consent.
Visiting this website, joining the waitlist, or requesting a code does not enrol you in a study, create a clinical relationship, guarantee access to POP, or commit you to a purchase.
Health information and emergencies
Website content is general information. It does not provide a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or individual medical advice. Your care team’s instructions remain the source for your care. Read our Health & AI Information notice for the limits of demonstrations, AI output, and reminders.
For an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Website forms and email are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored.
Forms and information you submit
Provide accurate contact details and submit another person’s information only with their permission or appropriate legal authority. Do not send medical records, health-card numbers, passwords, or urgent care questions through public forms or ordinary email. Survey questions may ask about your experiences; avoid identifying yourself or another person in free-text answers.
A study-code request authorizes a reply about that request. A survey follow-up opt-in authorizes contact about that conversation. Neither signs you up for marketing. The waitlist is a separate request for launch information. How these details are handled is explained in our public-website privacy notice.
Permitted use and ownership
You may read, link to, and use the website for personal information and legitimate enquiries. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit spam or unlawful content, impersonate someone, or infringe another person’s rights.
POP and its licensors retain rights in the website’s text, design, software, logos, and media. Other than uses permitted by law, obtain permission before reproducing or commercially reusing these materials. You retain your rights in information you submit; sending feedback does not transfer ownership of your personal information to POP.
Availability, links, and your rights
Features, availability, and website information can change. Demonstrations and descriptions do not guarantee a particular clinical outcome or that every feature is available in every deployment. External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices.
We aim to keep website information accurate, but it may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Tell us about a problem at contact@pophealth.ai. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, excuses unlawful conduct, or limits POP’s legal privacy obligations.
Changes and contact
We will identify updated versions on this page. A change does not retroactively authorize a new use of personal information or replace consent required by law. For website, permissions, or legal questions, contact POP Health Technologies at contact@pophealth.ai. You may contact us in English or French.
